When you purchase the tickets from any of the above ticket boxes, then you shall receive or obtain your tickets at those tickets boxes prior to your arrival at the venue on the day of the show.
If you purchase a ticket and have received a voucher to be exchanged with the original ticket, then you should do the change with the ticket box seller prior to your arrival at the venue.
There will be no exchange service at the venue of the event.
Choose you ticket box wisely and only buy from official seller.
